It had already been nearly five years since their previous album when OneRepublic released “Human” last August. OneRepublic is a Grammy Award-nominated, six-person band regarded globally for their pop/rock blend and motivational lyricism. British Columbia’s Jessia, born Jessika Harling, was the Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2022 Juno Awards and hit the stage first. They performed their latest single, “Talk of the Town,” to a booming crowd of new and old fans. It was a testament to the incredible artistry of Tedder and the entire OneRepublic band — I especially adored the violinist.
