That’s why a premier can’t govern by personal instinct and micro management, no matter how soft his heart may be. It feels like forever, as each day brings more misery to the people of this fine province! I agree that any rational voter knew full well what Ontario would be getting under the DOFO regime, having watched the municipal Toronto regime of DOFO and ROFO demonstrate their lack of education and suitability to manage anything! But time is passing all too slowly during this DOFO regime!
