With phase two of the Government's roadmap for reopening due to come into effect on June 8, small retail outlets with a small number of staff will be allowed to open their doors to the public again. Jane Carroll Design in Blackrock, Co Dublin, is opening its shop doors for the first time since it was forced to close temporarily because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
