"The relaxation in the by-laws will be applicable for the built-up plots situated in planned areas, plotted areas, regularised unauthorised colonies, urban villages, and special areas. No punitive action will be initiated against the unauthorised constructions covered under this proposal, till necessary approval of the competent authority is received and implemented,"the resolution stated.
