A cache of weapons recovered from suspected al Shabaab terrorists in Fafi, Garissa county. A terror suspect was shot and killed in a confrontation with police on Friday in Fafi, Garissa county. The area is under the multi-agency security operation and is near the Kenya-Somalia border. Following a fierce exchange of fire, one terrorist was killed and a significant cache of weaponry recovered. Fafi has been facing an increase in terror related attacks largely due to its close proximity to the Somalia border.
