One person has suffered serious injuries today after a quad bike accident on the Banks Peninsular just outside Christchurch. Emergency Services said at 5:45pm today they were on their way to the accident on Lake Terrace Road, near Poranui Beach Road in Little River. A helicopter was also en route to the scene. It is understood the quad bike rolled in a paddock.
