In a bid to salvage the number of properties lost, the deceased was reported to be packing properties to a safer side when he met his untimely death, a resident confirmed. Buses which occupied stations at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle Interchange and adjoining areas, had to move to the roadside to park as their vehicles were being flooded by the rains.
