A group of childhood friends from Utah is sharing an incredible story of survival after getting caught in a pair of powerful avalanches in B.C. The 12 experienced U.S. skiers and two guides were on Mount Mackie near Rossland, B.C. These friends grew up together in Utah and were on their second-to-last run of the day when the first avalanche hit. Seven skiers buriedSeven of the skiers were completely buried. The skiers used search beacons and visual clues to find and uncover every member of their group.
