SRINAGAR: One person was killed and three injured when a mob tried to storm an Army camp in Bandipora district of north Kashmir on Sunday as the Centre rushed in 2,000 additional CRPF personnel to quell the raging unrest following the July 8 killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani.Last week, the Centre had sent 2,800 CRPF personnel to the state.Curfew continued in the Valley, crippling normal life, as incidents of stone pelting were reported from Kunzer in Baramulla and Eidgah in Srinagar. "All 10 districts of the Valley continue to remain under curfew on Sunday as a precautionary measure for maintaining law and order," police said.Police said protesters attacked the Amy camp at Ajas in Bandipora district, forcing security forces to open fire.Meanwhile, the state government extended summer vacations in schools and colleges for a week till July 24, in view of the volatile situation.
