China's National Health Commission said today that it received reports of eight newly confirmed coronavirus patients in the mainland Tuesday, including one who was locally infected, and seven imported. The domestic patient was reported in Tianjin, the commission said in its daily report, Xinhua reports. There were no new suspected patients, or deaths related to the disease reported on Tuesday. Of the new imported patients, four are in Shanghai, and one each in Shanxi, Liaoning, and Guangdong. There were no suspected patients in the mainland, while 13,974 close contacts are still under medical observation after 379 were discharged Tuesday.
