One suspected insurgent reportedly died on Thursday in a Boko Haram attack on Michika town in Adamawa. This is as normalcy returned to the town following the night attack by insurgents. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that many residents fled their houses during the Thursday night attack to take refuge in the bush and surrounding hills. I am just returning to Michika from Uba with my family,” said a man, who simply identified himself as Ali Carpenter. Security agencies and the Adamawa state Government are yet to comment on the development as of the time of filing this report.
