Raihan, 23, died at the ICU of the burn unit at Dhaka Medical College Hospital around 7.45 pm on Thursday. Mizanur Rahman, 50, Badsha, 45, Masud, 28, and Nur Mohammad, 21, are under going treatment at the burn unit of DMCH. Soon the fire engulfed the godown on the ground floor of a three-storey residential building and spread to the upper floors. Ali Ullah, officer-in-charge of Sadar police station, said Mizan was doing business of petrol and octane using the ground floor of the three-storey residential building as a godown. While visiting the site, Abdus Sabur Mandal, the district administrator, said it should be investigated whether the oil godown was running legally in the residential area.
