Paramedics say they were called to the area of Hwy. 403, near Winston Church Blvd., shortly after 6 a.m. on Sunday. 403 in Oakville has killed one person and sent five others to hospital with serious injuries, according to Peel Regional Paramedics. Seven people were assessed, and one person was pronounced dead at the scene. Five were taken to hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries and one person was assessed at the scene and released.
