By PTI | Posted 1 hourVisakhapatnam: One worker was killed and 15 others were injured today when a chemical tanker exploded at a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, police said. The injured have been admitted to a local hospital in Gajuwaka, police added. The incident took place around 11 AM in Paravada mandal in the city outskirts when nearly 35 workers were on duty and a tanker containing ammonia exploded, Circle inspector of Parawada Police station, B Ramanamurty said. The deceased worker has not been identified yet.
