One among two airlifted to hospital after fainting on hike diesTwo people fainted while hiking at Pak Lap Wan and Long Ke in Sai Kung in the space of 10 minutes this afternoon, and were airlifted to the Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital. At about 2:00pm, the about 60-year-old man who collapsed at Pak Lap Wan was certified dead. The Hong Kong Observatory issued the Very Hot Weather Warning at 12:15pm today, and people are advised to avoid prolonged activities outdoors to prevent heat stroke.
