ON THE RADARPresident William Ruto is today expected to address the nation at 3 pm. Confirming the address, Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Wetangula said it will be held at the Parliament. The State of the Nation address is an obligation of the Constitution that requires Ruto to update Parliament on three key issues, among them national security. The prosecution held that Anuar made a motor vehicle registration certificate purporting it to be a genuine certificate issued by the National Transport and Safety Authority without lawful authority. Anuar also faced a second count of fraudulently uttering to Samson Malonza a forged motor vehicle certificate for motor vehicle registration number KDA 005C on the same date.
