During Bill Clinton’s first Thanksgiving in the White House in 1993, he and his family helped prepare dinner for the homeless at a church in Washington. The White House has yet to explain what that would entail and which programs would face changes. President Trump talks to reporters Tuesday as he departs with his family for his Mar-a-Lago resort.
