Newly-elected Deputy President of the Senate, Ovie Omo-Agege, has appointed Dr. Otive Igbuzor as his Chief of Staff (CoS) and Mr. Yomi Odunuga as Special Adviser, Media, and Publicity. He also announced the appointment of Ms. Lara Owoeye-Wise as his Senior Special Assistant on Electronic and the New Media. In a statement he personally signed and made available to journalists on Thursday, Omo-Agege added that the appointments were based on merit and took immediate effect. Odunuga, who is the new Special Adviser, Media, and Publicity, until his appointment was the Abuja Bureau Chief and Deputy Editor of The Nation newspapers. She was a pioneer staff of the resuscitated Minaj Broadcast International and was Deputy Head of Presentation before her new appointment.
