MANILA, Philippines — Diners Club International Ltd., a Discover Financial Services-owned payment services company, and OmniPay Inc., an electronic money issuer and innovative payments market leader, signed to expand their existing agreement to include Forex Prepaid card issuance. The new agreement allows OmniPay to issue Forex Prepaid cards that can be used outside of the Philippines on the Discover Global Network. The Discover Global Network includes Discover Network, Diners Club International, PULSE and affiliate networks. OmniPay is currently an existing acquirer and processor for Diners Club International and Discover e-commerce transactions. Aside from Discover and Diners Club International, OmniPay is also a principal member and licensee of UnionPay, JCB, Eurogiro and BancNet.
