Oman’s newly appointed Charge d’ Affaires (CDA) Abdul Ghaffar Bin Abdul Karim Al-Bulushi has said the possibility of forming a “Bangladesh-Oman Business Forum” could be explored to strengthen business cooperation between the two countries. The envoy made the proposal while calling on State Minister for Foreign Affairs Md Shahriar Alam at the Foreign Ministry on Sunday, a press release said on Monday. Earlier, the CDA presented his letter of credence to Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen. The CDA also paid a courtesy call on Foreign Secretary Masud bin Momen at his office. The envoy apprised the foreign secretary that Bangladesh may focus on sending skilled workforce like engineers, doctors, nurses, care-givers to keep up the manpower market in Oman.
