The club announced this at the weekend during the golden jubilee anniversary of the club. The students were drawn from the University of Ibadan, University of Lagos, Olabisi Onabanjo University, The Polytechnic Ibadan and University of Abuja. President of the club, Chief Oyedele Adegboyega, said the bursary, which has become an annual feature of the club, was conceived to encourage brilliant students who are of Ibadan origin. “Oluyole club accords high priority to the provision of scholarships – first to post-graduate students and later bursary awards to undergraduate students who are Ibadan indigenes. They include High Chief Omowaye Kuye, Elder Olayemi Yusuff, Chief Kola Daisi, Dr. Lekan Are and Prof. Iyanda.
