"It hurt, yes," said Lemsagam when asked about the manner of Scholes' resignation. "The only time I talked to him [Scholes] was about a player and whether to keep him or not. Lemsagam said the Oldham supporters were the main reason he got involved with the club and claims to have spent over £5m since taking charge.
