Daniel Blackwell, of Boundary Park Road, Oldham, was in Glossop, Derbyshire, on March 6, 2022, when the incidents took place. The 40-year-old assaulted the woman as well as damaging her car and a door in her home. The woman's car received damage valued between £300 and £1,000, while the damage to the door was to the value of £375. Blackwell pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage on June 24 last year, however he pleaded not guilty to the assault. He was ordered to abstain from alcohol for 90 days and must participate in a Building Better Relationships programme for 33 days.
