The last few days have been a winter wonderland for people across Newfoundland and Labrador. Meanwhile, the Avalon and parts of central Newfoundland were under new freezing rain warnings. Hundreds of people in central Newfoundland woke up to no power Sunday morning. Travel was not recommended on parts of the west coast and central Newfoundland.
