By RICHARD MUNGUTIMore by this AuthorMigori Governor Okoth Obado, who is accused of murdering his pregnant girlfriend Sharon Otieno, on Thursday returned to the High Cort for a mention of the case. Mr Obado and his two co-accused— his personal assistant Michael Oyamo and Mr Casper Ojwang', a clerk at the Migori County Assembly— presented themselves before the High Court in Milimani, Nairobi, in the company of his lawyers. They appeared before High Court’s Deputy Registrar, Criminal Division, Roselyn Aganyo. The three have denied murdering Ms Otieno, a former Rongo University student, and her unborn baby. During the Thursday court date, defence lawyers Cliff Ombeta and Rogers Sagana told the Ms Aganyo that Mr Obado has complied with conditions imposed by Justice Lesiit.
