Based on the GPS information provided by the owners, police recovered the abandoned vehicle along with the two bodies concealed in the back of the truck. According to police sources, on Monday the oil tanker truck carrying 60 barrels of edible palm oil was hijacked while it was heading to Natore from Dhaka. Earlier, similarly another truck was hijacked carrying corn grains on the Bogra-Rangpur Highway. The truck was later recovered from the Sayedabad area of the Bangabandhu Bridge along 0with the burnt bodies of the driver and helper.
