U.S. crude for July delivery recently gained $1.17, or 2.5%, to $47.38 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent, the global benchmark, gained $1.39, or 3%, to $48.58 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe. Oil prices are rebounding on Friday, snapping a six-day losing streak, as the dollar weakened and markets priced in a higher possibility that the U.K. will vote to remain in the European Union in a referendum next week.
