Oil prices swung between small gains and losses on Monday, with global prices hovering around a fresh multiyear high as analysts weighed the latest supply projections. Brent crude, the global benchmark, rose 0.3% to $82.98 a barrel on London’s Intercontinental Exchange, heading for a third straight session of gains.
