Oil prices started the week under pressure, amid reports the U.S. could grant waivers to some buyers of Iranian crude when oil sanctions on the Islamic Republic go into effect next month. Light, sweet crude for November delivery fell 0.7% to $73.79 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent, the global benchmark, fell 1% to $83.33.
