Oil prices fell on Wednesday, as inventory data showed an increase in crude stockpiles and growing U.S. production. Light, sweet crude for December delivery lost 32 cents, or 0.6%, to $55.38 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, on track to close at a one-week low. Brent, the global benchmark, fell 32 cents, or 0.5%, to $61.89 a barrel.
