WARWICK SMITH/STUFF The Ohakea War Memorial Hall is being used by the Defence Force to help with community inquiries about ongoing water testing. "That stuff has to be paid for my MPI or the Defence Force." He said there was a degree of anger in the community about how the Defence Force had managed the situation.
