Samuel Awoyinfa, AbeokutaThe Ogun State House of Assembly on Friday reconstituted its twenty-two standing Committees. The constitution of the committees followed the presentation of the report of the ad-hoc committee by the deputy Speaker, Olakunle Oluomo, who also moved the motion for its adoption. The motion was seconded by Akinpelu Aina and supported by the whole House through a voice vote at the plenary presided over by Speaker Suraj Adekunbi. The report concluded that the Speaker remained the Chairman of the selection committee as well as a committee on Rules, Bills, and Resolutions with his Deputy, Olakunle Oluomo as Vice-Chairman.
