The cleaners, requesting to go unnamed, said that as the roads were cleaned ahead of the launching ceremony, they collected some trash to leave it on the road at the instruction of their superiors. Later, around 11:45am, Mayor Atiqul opened the campaign by cleaning the street with students and volunteers.
