The Maryland Judiciary Case Search database contains information about court cases, including defendants, the charges, names of prosecutors and defense attorneys, and law enforcement officers involved in arrests. Stuart (R-Stafford) intended the bill to reduce the likelihood of someone being charged with a DUI while drinking in a vehicle on their property.
