The Kai Tin Shopping Centre in Lam Tin. A 37-year-old man has died after falling from a height at the Tak Tin Estate at about 8:00am today. It is understood that the man was an off-duty police officer who stationed at the police headquarters. He was arrested for allegedly filming up a woman's skirt on an escalator at the Kai Tin Shopping Centre in Lam Tin at about 9:00pm yesterday.
