ENLARGEEAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.—All-Pro wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. made an early exit from Sunday’s Giants practice after being accidentally spiked by a new teammate, cornerback Janoris Jenkins. The injury, McAdoo explained, isn’t expected to require any stitches, although Beckham was walking with a noticeable limp after practice. Beckham and Jenkins became entangled while battling for a deep pass from quarterback Eli Manning, leaving Beckham with cuts near his ankle. “Got a little blood on my leg, so it kind of just matched.”Another wide receiver, Victor Cruz, had a scheduled light day on Sunday. “He’s ready to take that ‘Comeback Player of the Year’ award,” Beckham said of Cruz.
