The Arvind Kejriwal government has decided to bring back odd-even scheme in Delhi on Thursday. Battling the worsening smog in the city, administration has decided to impose the car rationing scheme from November 13 to November 17. Making the announcement, Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot asked for cooperation from people. Under the third phase of the odd-even scheme, vehicles with odd and even numbers will be permitted to run on alternate days. Earlier today, the High Court had also observed that the odd-even scheme last year had unclogged the city.
