Britpop legends Ocean Colour Scene will top the bill at Sign of the Times on Saturday night, completing the three-day festival’s headline announcements. Ocean Colour SceneSinger Simon Fowler said a career highlight came in 2018 when they took Martha Reeves and The Vandellas on tour. He said: “We couldn’t quite believe that Martha Reeves was supporting us, it seemed absurd.
