OccupyGhana says one constitutional requirement that has suffered a lot of breach is Article 286 of the 1992 Constitution. It therefore called on the over 40,000 public office holders to comply forthwith. PRESCRIBED OFFICERSThe Constitution prescribed specific public office holders who were to declare, and allowed Parliament to extend the coverage to other public office holders. Unfortunately, the vast majority of public office holders have simply failed, refused or neglected to make the declarations.
