The Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano yesterday, said the state government has concluded plans to build Drug Rehabilitation Centre worth N120millions for Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in the state. The governor made the call at a ceremony to commemorate the 2019 International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking held in Awka, Anambra State. Chief Obiano was represented by the executive secretary, Anambra state health insurance scheme, Dr Simeon Onyemaechi at the occasion. He urged the youths to desist from drug abuse, stressing that drug abuse can easily terminate one’s ambition. “Stop drug abuse before it becomes too late for you because it will destroy your aspirations in life.
