As Governor Willie Obiano marks the fifth anniversary of his administration on Sunday 17 March 2019, the citizens and corporate organization have applauded his administration for consolidating on the achievements it recorded in the state four years ago. The people re-elected Governor Obiano owing to his spectacular performance in his four pillars of development which include; Security, Agriculture, Youth Empowerment and Education. A feat he noted earned Governor Obiano the award of best Governor on “Security Architecture in West and Central Africa from Africa Security Watch 2018, urging him to do more in the areas of youth empowerment and road construction. He assures the governor that workers in the state would continue to support him in all ramification as a reward for been worker-friendly- governor. Onunkwe also applauded him for commencing the third phase of the twenty million naira community choose your project initiative which he maintained will accelerate the development of rural areas.
