National chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus, has observed that the statement by former President Olusegun Obasanjo declaring President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration as a failure has rendered the All Progressive Congress (APC) government a lame duck. He made the assertion when he met with former PDP Ministers Forum in Abuja on Thursday . The party boss said the APC has failed the nation, saying that the onus is now on the PDP to save the country. In his remarks, Chairman of Former Ministers Forum, Kabiru Turaki, blasted the APC as a political platform without foundation.
