The Süddeutsche Zeitung reported on Tuesday that former US President Barack Obama is coming to Berlin for a major event by the German Protestant Church Assembly. They have only thus far told journalists that “very important people” would be in Berlin and Wittenberg, according to SZ. When SZ asked the Protestant Church whether Obama was in fact coming, they answered: "Come to the press conference!" The two-term President is supposed to give a speech at the closing ceremony of the events.
