Migori Governor Okoth Obado has ordered the county's inspectorate not to tax boda boda riders until a proper law is put in place. During campaigns in Nyatike on Monday, Obado said the directive must be observed with immediate effect. "We want youths working in the boda boda industry to stop paying the daily taxes until a policy guiding the collection is created."
