An Oakville doctor was arrested and charged with sexual assault on Thursday after a recent complaint by a patient. The Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit investigated after the female patient complained that the doctor had assaulted her. According to police, the assault occurred recently. Dr. Clarence Clottey, a 56-year-old doctor, has been charged.
