Aviva has appointed a female finance boss making it the second firm in the FTSE 100 after NatWest to have women in the top two jobs. Charlotte Jones, 53, who is chief financial officer at RSA Insurance and has held the same job at Jupiter Fund Management, starts in September. The mother of three, who is a keen runner and cyclist from Bury, Lancashire, and has also had senior roles at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, will work with chief executive Amanda Blanc.
