The global economy is on course for its best year since 2010 as both the U.S. and the eurozone grow more rapidly than had been expected, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said Tuesday. The Paris-based research body said further acceleration is likely in 2018, but warned that growth would slow from 2019 without new measures to encourage business investment, which remains short of precrisis levels.
