ODM has been barred from awarding John Mbadi the Suba MP nominations certificate following a complaint by aspirant Caroli Omondi. Caroli made allegations of massive rigging after losing the primaries and filed a complaint with the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal on Monday. Mbadi, who is the party's national chairman, constituency returning officer Duncan Nyobilo and the Orange Party have been named as respondents in the matter. The ODM National Elections Board resolved to award Mbadi the ticket but the appeals board directed it to withdraw his certificate saying there was massive rigging.
