Since the cessation of movement ban was lifted last week, markets and bus parks have become vibrant with business activities. "The governor has issued instructions for the county to resume revenue collection in all markets with immediate effect," he said in a statement on Saturday. "We will put in place a revenue collection mechanism at the new site allocated to public transport (PSVs) in the city," he said.
