Governor Anyang' Nyong'o has appointed Charles Olang'o Onudi acting Kisumu county secretary. He replaces Ojwang Lusi who held the position in former Governor Jack Ranguma's administration. "This letter serves to inform you that I have appointed you as acting county secretary with immediate effect," reads the letter signed by Nyong'o. "By the copy of this letter, Ojwang is hereby instructed to hand over to you immediately." Lusi replaced Humphrey Nakitare who resigned to vie for Busia governor but later backed Sospeter Ojaamong's second term bid.
